Web service terms (form testing tool)

Last updated: October 22, 2026 (version 2026-10-22.2). This page complements the general Terms of use and applies to the web tool at bot-google-forms-servicio.vercel.app (separate from the desktop software). By creating your account you accept these terms and the Privacy policy; we store the version you accepted, the date, your IP and your browser.

1. What it is for

FormsBot fills your Google Form with fictitious responses so you can test that it works (required questions, validations, sections, summary charts) before sharing it. It is not for inflating real surveys, votes or results that other people will take as genuine.

2. Mandatory requirements for your form

  • You must be the owner or have the owner's express permission. You declare this on every submission and we store the form link, the date, your IP and your browser as proof.
  • It must be public: anyone with the link must be able to respond without signing in. Forms with "Limit to 1 response", restricted to an organization, with verified email or with file upload questions require sign-in and cannot be processed. If your form asks for email as a user response, we fill it with fictitious emails on reserved domains (example.com/.org/.net).
  • Forbidden: using it for contests, giveaways, raffles, votes, elections, official applications, surveys whose results are published as real, or any regulated or illegal activity. We automatically review the content of every form and reject those that break these rules.

3. Service limits

  • One submission at a time per account: the next form starts when the current one finishes.
  • Up to 500 responses per submission and, by default, 500 every 24 hours per account (the site shows how many you have left today); up to 60 questions per form (30 on the free submission). These limits may change and some accounts may have higher limits by agreement with FormsBot.
  • You can buy several packages a day, up to 500 credits per day per account (the store shows how many you have left). We may pause purchases temporarily for maintenance; your credits are not lost.
  • Paying customers' submissions get priority in the queue. The service has a global daily cap and may pause purchases or submissions when it is reached.
  • Service in testing phase: we do not guarantee continuous availability and it may change or pause.

4. Free responses, credits and refunds

  • Free responses: once per person, in a single submission; whatever you don't use in that submission is lost. If that submission doesn't reach your form (no response arrived), we give the free responses back so you can fix it and retry.
  • One form, one free submission: each Google Form can be filled for free only once, from any account. If it was already filled for free, when reading the link we tell you that you need purchased credits to send it more responses (also if you bought before).
  • When you buy, any free responses you have left are added to your credits and get the same benefits (priority queue and the question limit for paying customers).
  • Credits: 1 credit = 1 response. They are reserved when the submission starts and we automatically give back those for responses that don't reach your form.
  • Payments and money refunds: payments are processed by Izipay (card) or Mercado Pago (card, Yape, PagoEfectivo and Mercado Pago balance), each under its own conditions. The refund is made through the same gateway you paid with and goes back to the same payment method or, if that method doesn't allow it (for example, a cash payment), according to that gateway's rules. Credits from that purchase that you still have are removed from your balance. (Clarified on November 2, 2026.)
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union, by asking for the submission to start immediately you accept that, once completed, you lose the right of withdrawal over that service already provided (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(a)); unused credits can be refunded by writing to support within 14 days of purchase.

Discount coupons

Added on October 29, 2026.

  • Personal and non-transferable: a coupon sent to your account (for example those starting with VUELVE-, offered when a payment was not completed) only works with that Google account. It cannot be given away, sold or used from another account.
  • Single use: valid for one purchase of a credit package. If that purchase is refunded, the coupon is not reactivated.
  • Validity: as stated in the message (the incomplete-payment coupon lasts 72 hours). Once expired it is not replaced or extended.
  • Once per account: the incomplete-payment coupon is offered only once in the lifetime of each account.
  • Not combinable or exchangeable: it cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts and cannot be exchanged for money or loose credits.
  • We may cancel a coupon used fraudulently (accounts created to get discounts, resale) and block the accounts involved.

Invite and earn (referrals)

Added on October 29, 2026.

  • How you earn: when a person creates their account through your link (within the number of days shown in "Invite and earn", counted from when they open the link) and makes a paid purchase for the minimum amount shown there, you and they receive the credits displayed. Reward credits work like purchased credits and do not expire.
  • Once per person: each guest generates a single reward for whoever invited them, and receives their gift only once, even if they make more purchases later. An account can only have one inviter.
  • New accounts only: the invitation does not apply to anyone who already had an account before opening your link. Your own accounts and emails that already had an account don't count either. People who share your connection (family, university, wifi) do count, as long as they make their own purchase.
  • Cap: there is a monthly maximum of rewards for the inviter (shown in "Invite and earn"); beyond the cap, your guest still receives their gift.
  • Refunds: if the purchase that generated the reward is refunded, we remove the reward credits both accounts still have.
  • No exchange or sale: reward credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Spam and presenting FormsBot as a way to "fill surveys" are forbidden: the service is for testing your own form.
  • We may change the amounts or pause the program at any time (rewards already earned are honored) and cancel rewards obtained fraudulently, blocking the accounts involved.

5. Emails we send you

We notify you by email and in the notification bell when a submission finishes or fails and about your purchases and refunds: they are part of the service. The news and offers newsletter only reaches you if you accepted it, and you can unsubscribe with one click in any email or in My account.

6. Your account

We may block an account, or only its purchases, if it breaks these terms (for example, using several accounts to repeat the free submission). You will always see the reason when you sign in and can appeal by writing to support.

You must be 16 or older to create an account; you declare it when signing up and we store it with your consent. One active session per account. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from My account → Privacy and data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or try to abuse the service (for example, several accounts to repeat the welcome gift).

7. Liability

You are responsible for how you use the service and for processing only your own or authorized forms. FormsBot is not liable for decisions made with fictitious responses or for misuse of the service. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of permanent compatibility with changes to Google Forms or AI providers. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection law of your country.
